Candle Care Instructions
When you light your candle for the first time, it is very important to allow at least one hour of burn time per inch of surface diameter before putting it out. For your 8 oz jar candle that is at least 1.5 hours.
You want your candle to have a complete melt pool before extinguishing it.
(melt pool is when your candle melts from edge to edge of your jar).
The wicks on your candle have been trimmed and are ready to light for your first burn. For each successive burn, you should trim them to 1/4 inch, no less. Don't leave unattended. follow warning label on bottom of jar.
